When the goods are to be replaced or returned a customer shall represent an item purchased in exactly the same condition in which he/she received it (undamaged, packed, non-switched and unused). A customer shall also represent the own identity card, payment receipt and guaranty sheet.
A customer is authorized to require replacement of an item purchased if:
- The goods received do not conform to the goods purchased from the site;
- Performances of the goods received do not conform to those described at the site;
- The goods are damaged from moment of the order till delivery;
- A manufacturing deficiency of the goods is detected.
A customer is authorized to require return of the goods if:
- The goods received do not conform to the goods depicted on the site;
- Performances of the goods received do not conform to those described at the site;
- The goods are damaged from moment of the order till delivery;
- A manufacturing deficiency of the goods is detected.
The company is entitled to deny return of the goods if doubt is arises in a customer’s integrity.
