3. Free guaranty services shall not be performed if:

3.2. Voluntary constructional modification of the item is performed;
3.3. A deficiency detected is not caused by a manufacturing deficiency;
3.4. Electricity, gas or water norm and/or supply do not conform to the normative parameters indicated in the item technical document;

3.6. Spare details produced by another manufacturer are used;

3.9. Serial number is unreadable on a guaranty sheet or on the item body.

Replacement and return of the goods
When the goods are to be replaced or returned a customer shall represent an item purchased in exactly the same condition in which he/she received it (undamaged, packed, non-switched and unused). A customer shall also represent the own identity card, payment receipt and guaranty sheet.
