Proper operation and safety of the purchased item may be guarantied if only the installation and operation rules indicated in provisions below are followed strictly:

Guaranty commitments shall be fulfilled in the following cases only:

• The product is purchased from an authorized organization;
• The purchased item is installed b y an authorized service centre.

During the guaranty term a buyer is entitled to require repair free of charge if damage is caused by the item latent manufacturing deficiency.

Free guaranty services shall not be performed if:

• The installation and operation rules are not followed;
• Voluntary constructional modification of the item is performed;
• A deficiency detected is not caused by a manufacturing deficiency;
• Electricity, gas or water norm and/or supply do not conform to the normative parameters indicated in the item technical document;
• If the item is not installed the way it is indicated in its technical instruction;
• Spare details produced by another manufacturer are used;
• The item is opened (dismounted) or repaired by an entity other than we or our partner service centre (by the customer or another service centre);
• The item has a mechanical damage, which is caused with external impact such as broken, cracked, scraped, burnt, squeezed, melt, damaged with liquid, etc.
• Serial number is unreadable on a guaranty sheet or on the item body.

• The warranty shall not apply to the damages, which are caused with the item for unintended or any other use, which does not conform for the item assignment.
• The warranty shall not apply to to fragile details (glass etc.).
• The company shall not be responsible for any damage, which is caused by the item improper transportation or storage by the customer, inconformity to climatic conditions or other exposures.
• The warranty shall not apply to the damage, which is caused with electricity voltage falls.
